A fine selection of places to go. I’d like to suggest a couple of others: Beckenham Place Park which is no longer a golf course but a great place to stroll around and for which there are plans to re-wild; and Cliffe marshes – where Dickens imagined Magwich finding Pip – really atmospheric and different (only 1 hour by car and doable by direct train from Lewisham).
